Dust Collectors

Bag filters – effective for capturing fine dust particles. Suitable for woodworking and grain processing.
Cartridge filters – compact, with high filtering surface and low pressure drop.
Pocket filters – used for air purification in rooms, can be combined with HEPA modules.

All models can be equipped with a Jet-pulse system, vibration system, or manual cleaning.

Cyclones and Separators

Cyclone dust collectors – for preliminary separation of coarse particles, suitable for high loads.
Oil separators and spark arrestors – for increased fire hazard in metal cutting operations.

Weight gates

Weight gates release dust from the hopper in portions. When the set weight is reached, the gate opens and the dust falls to the designated place. In some cases, weight gates can be a budget alternative to rotary valves. We manufacture them in various sizes.

Dust carts

Dust carts are used for the manual removal of collected dust. They have a locking mechanism. Depending on the expected amount of dust, we manufacture carts with various designs and container capacities.

Rotary valves

Rotary valves are a good choice when dust must be discharged from the hopper continuously. They can also be installed at the end of the augers of large dust collectors. They discharge both onto conveyors and into BibBag-type bags. We manufacture various sizes.

We supply centrifugal fans with various pressure and flow rates depending on the installation requirements:
